A Journey from Hearsay to Certified Menopause Coach


Up until a year and a half ago, my understanding of menopause was mostly based on hearsay and whispers. The lack of reliable information, half truths and cryptic messages made it difficult to navigate this significant transition. It was this uncertainty that motivated me to seek out accurate information and eventually led to me becoming a certified menopause coach.


Empowering Women Through Sports


I've spent the last five years as a squash coach, predominantly working with women aged 35 and older. I noticed that many of my clients, like myself, were experiencing various symptoms of perimenopause. As we all muddled through it and passed on tips to each other, I felt that we all need some hard facts. This realization pushed me to learn more so that I could better support the women I coach both on and off the court.
