Through various stages of my life, I have gained advice from friends (both accurate and terribly inaccurate!) so, for this journey, I have decided that getting as much knowledge as I can possibly get my hands on is crucial. As I keep waiting for my book arrival—Amazon, in case you see this, I am trying to wait patiently!—I eagerly anticipate diving into 'The New Menopause' by Dr Mary Claire Haver, a book that I feel is a beacon of knowledge and support for women navigating the complex world of hormonal changes. I've already started to sneak listen via Audible but can hardly wait for my hard copy!
